In these times many more people are able to work remotely by telecommuting or otherwise. While our area has been known as a vacation and retirement area, upgrades to broadband internet access as well as other infrastructure improvements in our area of Boulder Junction, Manitowish Waters, Presque Isle, Winchester, etc, have made it more readily a place for relocation for working families and individuals who can take advantage of broadband. Additionally, challenges in metropolitan areas have made small town life more appealing to many. Additionally we have small grocery and hardware stores in our communities with some additional shopping and services nearby in towns like Minocqua/Woodruff, Rhinelander, Ironwood, Eagle River, etc.
If you are a traditional, confessional, Lutheran family or individual, perhaps you might consider moving to our area of the northwoods of Wisconsin and become a member of our orthodox Lutheran congregation and our life centered in Christ through the Divine Service and study of God’s Word, supporting one another in faith, hope, and love through our crucified and risen Lord.
